Cucumber Feta Salad

Cucumber Feta Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 Cucumbers, peeled and diced

• 1 Large block feta cheese, diced

• 1 Tbs Olive oil

• 1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar

• 1 Sm Onion, finely diced

• ⅓ C Mayonnaise (I use avocado based mayo)

• 1 Tbs Fresh chopped dill

• Juice of ½ a lime

• 2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Company Shepherd herb Mix

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Serve with extra fresh dill for garnish.
