Massaman Curry Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb ground Turkey
- 1 Tbsp Teeny Tiny Spice Massaman Curry
- 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
1. Combine meat with curry powder, add a dash of fish sauce, coconut aminos, or soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and mix well.
2. Form patties and fry in a hot skillet until cooked through.
3. Serve over some salted veggies, like broccoli slaw that’s been sautéed in coconut aminos or soy sauce. Top with a zest of lime and mayo.
