Gluten Free Pizza Crust
¾ C Cassava flour
½ C Tapioca starch
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Cream of tartar
2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Company spice blend of choice (Suggestions below)
¼ C Olive oil
½ C Water
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until a dough ball has formed.
On a baking sheet, roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper into a pizza shape.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is slightly browned.
Remove from oven and let crust cool for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
Add toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned.
