Spiced Buttery Chicken Thighs
8 Chicken thighs (Boneless or bone-n but skins removed)
1 Stick of butter
Teeny Tiny Spice Company Jamaican Jerk or blend of choice (Virtually any of our blends are delicious in this recipe)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 315°F.
Lay the chicken thighs in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and enough spice to coat each side.
Cut slices of the stick of butter and spread them out over the top of the chicken pieces.
Cover and bake for 2 ½ hours.
