Garam Masala Coconut Milk Rice Pudding
Combine in a sauce pan:
- 3 C Coconut Milk
- 4 C Cooked Rice
- 1 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Garam Masala
- 1/2 C raisins
- Optional: 1 Tbsp Grade B maple syrup
1. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally for 5 minutes until it seems to start thickening.
2. Pour into a bowl or small ramekins and refrigerate until set.
